Who we are

Cue is operated by Ai Visions, based in Alberta, Canada. Cue is our trading name. For the personal information described here, Ai Visions is the data controller — we decide what is collected and why.

Privacy questions and requests go to hellocuesupport@gmail.com.

What we collect and why

  • Account details — your email address, name if you provide one, password credentials (stored only in hashed form by our authentication provider), and sign-in method. Used to create and secure your account. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you.
  • Your content — the niches, topics, links and notes you type into the tools, and the ideas, hooks and plans Cue generates for you. Used to run the tools and to show your saved work back to you. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you.
  • Usage records — how many generations you have run, which tool, and when. Used to apply your plan's monthly allowance and to understand which features people use. Legal basis: contract performance and our legitimate interest in improving Cue.
  • Subscription status — your plan, renewal date and whether a payment has failed, received from Paddle. Used to give you the right level of access. Legal basis: contract performance.
  • Technical data — IP address, browser and device information, and error logs. Used for security, fraud and abuse prevention, and fixing faults. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the service safe and working.
  • Support messages — what you send us when you get in touch. Used to answer you. Legal basis: contract performance and legitimate interest.

Card and payment details are collected and handled by Paddle, not by us. We never see or store your card number.

Who we share it with

  • Paddle — our Merchant of Record, for selling Cue Pro, managing subscriptions, processing payments, tax compliance and invoicing.
  • Service providers — our hosting, database and authentication platform, and the AI providers that generate your results. They process data only on our instructions.
  • Professional advisers — legal and accounting advisers where genuinely needed.
  • Authorities — where we are legally required to disclose information.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your content to train AI models.

International transfers

Our providers may process data outside Canada, including in the United States and the European Union. Where data leaves your region we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and content for as long as your account is open. If you close your account, we delete or anonymise your personal information within 90 days, except where we must keep records longer for tax, accounting or legal reasons. Technical and security logs are kept for a short period and then removed.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask us to give you a copy of your personal information, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or move it elsewhere. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

Email hellocuesupport@gmail.com and we will respond within one month. If you are in Canada you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada; in the UK or EEA you can complain to your local supervisory authority.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, encrypted storage, access controls, and database rules that keep each account's content visible only to that account. No system is perfectly secure, so we also ask you to use a strong, unique password.

Cookies

Cue uses only essential cookies and local browser storage — they keep you signed in and remember basic preferences. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, but you will not be able to stay signed in.

Changes

If this notice changes we will update this page and the date at the top, and tell you in the app if the change is significant.
