Terms & Conditions

Last updated 26 September 2026

1. Who you are contracting with

Cue is operated by Ai Visions ("we", "us", "our"), based in Alberta, Canada. Cue is our trading name for the service described on this site. These terms form an agreement between you and Ai Visions.

You can reach us at hellocuesupport@gmail.com.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account, subscribing, or continuing to use Cue, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

You confirm you are of legal age in your country, and that if you use Cue on behalf of a company, you have authority to accept these terms for it. Keep your account details accurate and up to date.

3. What Cue provides

Cue gives you AI writing tools for short-form creators: a content idea generator, a hook and caption generator, a 30-day content planner, and a video clipping tool. Free accounts receive a small monthly allowance of generations. Cue Pro costs $9.99 USD per month and includes 50 generations per month shared across the tools.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Cue within the plan you have selected. Features may change, improve or be retired over time.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has gained access to it.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use Cue to:

  • break the law, or produce content that is unlawful in your country or ours;
  • commit fraud, send spam, or run deceptive campaigns;
  • infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights;
  • create hate speech, harassment, sexual content involving minors, or content that incites violence;
  • produce deepfakes or impersonate a real person without their clear permission;
  • create malware, or attempt to bypass our safety filters, usage limits or security (including probing, scraping or automated abuse of the service);
  • reverse engineer Cue, resell or redistribute it, or use it to train a competing model.

6. AI content: your responsibility and ours

You are responsible for what you type into Cue, for having the right to use any material you submit, and for how you use what Cue produces. Check outputs before you publish them.

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, generic or unintentionally similar to existing work. Cue is a creative drafting aid. It is not professional advice, and it should not be relied on for legal, medical, financial or other regulated guidance without qualified human review.

You keep ownership of the text and links you submit, and you grant us a limited licence to host and process them only to run the service for you. Subject to these terms, we do not claim ownership of the content Cue generates for you — but identical or similar output may be generated for other users, so it is not exclusive.

We may review, filter, refuse or remove content and outputs where we believe these terms have been broken, and we may suspend accounts that repeatedly do so. If you believe content produced or hosted through Cue infringes your rights, email hellocuesupport@gmail.com with the details and a link, and we will investigate and remove infringing material where appropriate. Repeat infringement leads to account termination.

7. Our intellectual property

We own Cue and everything in it apart from your own content — the software, design, prompts, documentation and branding. Nothing in these terms transfers that ownership to you.

8. Availability

We work to keep Cue running well, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Maintenance, third-party outages and AI provider limits can all affect availability.

9. Payment, billing and cancellation

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Cue Pro is a monthly subscription that renews automatically at $9.99 USD until you cancel. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. You can cancel at any time from your account page; you keep Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for. See our Refund Policy for refunds.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access if you materially break these terms, if payment fails and is not resolved, if there is a security or fraud risk, or if you repeatedly or seriously misuse the service. You can close your account at any time by contacting us.

When access ends, your saved generations and planner content may be deleted. Export anything you want to keep before you cancel, or ask us and we will help where we reasonably can.

11. Warranties and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cue is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or lost goodwill. Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury, or anything else that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs arising from claims connected to your content, your unlawful use of Cue, or your breach of these terms.

13. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, and disputes are subject to the courts of Alberta. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our consent; we may transfer ours as part of a merger, acquisition or reorganisation. Neither party is responsible for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. If we change these terms, we will update this page and the date above.
